    To find the minimum dispatch stations, we need to know the maximum number of overlapping active routes at any point in time. Extract all start times and end times into separate arrays, and sort both arrays. Use two pointers, one for start times (i) and one for end times (j). Iterate through the start times; if a start time is less than the active end time, it means we need a new station (increment count). Otherwise, a route has finished, so move the end time pointer (j).
